WHAT YOUR $149 ACTUALLY BUYS YOU
Most chiropractors in East Cobb will crack your back and send you home. We find the structural problem first, show it to you on X-ray, and build a plan to fix it.

THE DIFFERENCE THAT ACTUALLY MATTERS
Pain is a symptom. It's your body telling you something deeper is off. A quick adjustment can mute that signal for a few days, but if the underlying structure hasn't changed, the pain comes back. And it usually comes back worse.
Symptomatic Care
You come in hurting. They adjust you. You feel better for a few days. You come back next week because the pain returned. Nothing measurable has changed. No X-rays. No plan. No finish line.
Corrective Care
We take X-rays and find the structural problem. We show you exactly what's wrong and explain why it's causing your symptoms. Then we build a plan with a beginning, middle, and end. You can see your progress on film.

WHAT WE TREAT
These are the conditions we see most often at our East Cobb clinic. If yours isn't on the list, book an exam and we'll tell you straight whether we can help.
Spinal Decompression
For herniated discs, bulging discs, sciatica, and chronic low back pain that hasn't responded to adjustments alone. Decompression gently stretches the spine to take pressure off nerves and discs, giving the disc room to heal. We have decompression tables on-site in East Cobb, and it's one of the most requested services at our clinic.
Included in your care plan if your exam shows you need it.
Neck Pain
Chronic stiffness, limited range of motion, tension that never fully goes away
Low Back Pain
The kind that sits down with you at your desk and stands up with you in the morning.
Sciatica
Sharp, radiating pain down the leg. Often from a disc or nerve compression issue.
Headaches & Migraines
Tension headaches, cervicogenic headaches, and migraines linked to upper cervical structure.
Herniated & Bulging Discs
Structural disc issues that most clinics can't address without imaging and a real plan.
Posture Problems
Forward head, rounded shoulders, and the postural drift that comes from years at a desk.
Sports Injuries
Golf, tennis, pickleball, lifting. The injuries that come with staying active in your 40s and 50s.
Not sure if we treat what you have? Book your $149 exam and we'll tell you the truth either way.

I’ve been a patient of Corrective Chiropractic since August 2024, and my experience—first at the Sandy Springs location and now at Marietta—has been nothing short of transformative. This practice consistently delivers the most thoughtful, professional, and effective care I’ve ever received. I began treatment at Sandy Springs under Dr. Lisa, who was wonderful in her final weeks before maternity leave. She seamlessly transitioned my care to Dr. Jenna, and that handoff turned out to be one of the best things that’s ever happened to my health. Dr. Jenna is truly exceptional—deeply knowledgeable, genuinely compassionate, and completely dedicated to her patients’ long-term well-being. She listens with full attention, adjusts care based on feedback, and always puts your comfort and goals first. A moment that stands out: just before a trip to Europe, I experienced the worst back lock-up of my life and was terrified about managing it abroad. Dr. Jenna spent extra time teaching me simple, effective exercises I could do anywhere, and even offered to be available by phone through the clinic if I needed help. That level of care and kindness is rare. When I moved to Marietta in late 2025, I was thrilled to discover that Dr. Jenna had transferred to the Marietta location shortly after Dr. Lisa’s return—an amazing turn of events! Resuming care with her in January 2026 has felt seamless and even more convenient. The Marietta office is spotless, welcoming, and run with the same high standards as Sandy Springs. Dr. Jenna is a one-woman team that you will all find warm, efficient, and clearly committed to helping patients reach and maintain their health goals. Dr. Jenna and the Corrective Chiropractic team have earned my highest recommendation and deepest gratitude. If you’re looking for chiropractic care that goes far beyond adjustments—for someone who truly partners with you on your wellness journey—this is the place.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Jenna Ellis for the past 3 months. She has been helping me with pinched nerves and blood vessels that were cutting off the circulation to my arms and causing numbness in my hands and stiffness in my neck. Her adjustments have also greatly helped increase my flexibility and reduce inflammation caused from a previous back surgery. I trust her and highly recommend her as a chiropractor.
Dr. Jenna is the best! She's so loving and caring and it reflects in how she handles her patients. She always finds a way to make time and truly care for everyone she sees. I highly recommend her!
Dr. Ellis is truly exceptional. From the moment you meet her, her warm, professional presence makes it clear that she values you not just as a patient, but as a person. Her bedside manner is outstanding, and her depth of knowledge is matched by an incredible ability to explain issues and treatment plans in a clear, thoughtful, and reassuring way. It is rare to encounter this level of compassion, communication, and clinical excellence so early in a health provider's career. Dr. Ellis is an extraordinary asset to the Corrective team and someone patients are genuinely fortunate to have caring for them.
Dr. Jenna is definitely a compassionate soul. She works hard to make you comfortable and provides a comprehensive approach to healing. She was very thorough with her questions and thus gave thorough feedback. She provided ways to help get rid of my ongoing neck and shoulder pain. She also provided options for my blood sugar issues. I truly appreciate all the time she took to help me feel my best. I definitely felt so much better after having been healed by Dr. Jenna.
Dr. Jenna is great—friendly, knowledgeable, and really thorough at each visit. She does an amazing job assessing before adjusting and can tell exactly where I’m feeling aches or pains without me even having to say anything. I always feel better after my visits. Highly recommend!

FAQ
A full consultation with the doctor, a chiropractic examination, digital X-rays, posture analysis, and a spinal health score from 0 to 100. You'll leave knowing exactly what's going on with your spine and what it takes to fix it.
You'll be greeted by our team, the doctor will give you a quick tour of the office, and then you'll go through your consultation and exam. At the end, you'll book a follow-up Report of Findings appointment where the doctor walks you through your results and your recommended care plan. Plan for about 45 minutes to an hour.
No. Corrective care has a beginning, middle, and end. Your care plan has a defined number of visits and measurable milestones, so you'll know what you're working toward and when you're done.
Walk-in clinics offer a quick adjustment for temporary relief. We offer corrective care that identifies and addresses the root structural cause of your problem. If you want a $29 crack-and-go, we're not the right fit. If you want to actually know what's wrong with your spine and fix it, we are.
Most chiropractic care is symptom-based. You go in, get adjusted, feel better for a few days, and end up right back where you started. Corrective care is different. We identify the structural problem with imaging, build a plan to correct it, and track measurable progress over time. If your last chiropractor didn't take X-rays or give you a clear plan, you haven't experienced corrective care yet.
It depends on what your X-rays and exam reveal. Every patient is different. Unlike most chiropractors, we don't leave it open-ended. You'll know upfront how many visits your care plan includes, what each phase focuses on, and how we measure progress along the way.
